Lord, I'm Busy Right Now

 


Are you called by the Lord for ministry? Or perhaps you feel an urging from Him to do something for someone else, or have many family obligations? Whatever it may be, are there times when you just don't feel that you have the time to do what the Lord has called you to do? Do you put the task He called you for aside, and say to yourself, " He will understand, I just don't have time...I have too many important things to do right now."

I have just gone through a period of time like this. My sweet little kitty, Noel, was not doing well. Taking care of her was a struggle and challenge. I found myself putting aside the ministry that He has called me for, and felt that He would understand that I had to take care of Noel.

Two days ago, the Holy Spirit dropped these truths into my spirit...that the enemy has been using Noel's illness to keep me from what the Lord has called me to do. It was consuming my days and nights. I had been fighting the enemy pretty much on my own up until then, but I did ask the Lord to rebuke him for our sakes. But the onslaught from the enemy was never ending. What the Lord was saying to me was to give the battle to Him now!

"And all this assembly shall know that the Lord saveth not with sword and spear; for the battle is the Lord’s, and He will give you into our hands.”

1 Samuel 17:47

The Lord has told me that He will fight the battle for me. When I am being attacked now, I call out to Jesus, and he fights for me and performs vengeance against the enemy (and his hordes) on my behalf.

Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord.

Romans 12:19

Jesus is fighting the battle for me now! I still have many things that come up and need to be done, but I have arranged my priorities now to match His. He hasn't told me not to do them...He knows that life is busy at times, but when outside interference causes them to be harder, the Lord is beside me, clearing the way to the 'finish line.' 

All praise, honor and glory to the Alpha and Omega...our God Reigns! Jesus Is Lord.

  You may have heard about the huge storm that has been affecting the U.S. recently. It is covering an area that spans from the East Coast to the West Coast! As it moved southward, the Southern part of California began to feel the fury of this storm.  It began with lots of rain. From Riches to Rags, to RICHES IN GLORY!

I would like to take this opportunity to wish all of you a Very Joyous Christmas! What would our life be like if Jesus never came to earth to rescue us? We would be at the mercy of our Biblical enemy...who has no mercy. But He did come to rescue us, with the blessing of Father God! I don't know of anyone, who is a true Christian, that isn't looking forward to the Rapture! As this world grows darker, our hope of Jesus rescuing us from the horrors to come grows even stronger.
